We are not a leatherware manufacturer , we are a leatherware trading company that located in Guangzhou leatherware industrial belt that have many raw materials sources , manufacturers sources , logistic sources etc , we can provide you with best prices and good quality products .
And we have our supply chain management that have developed a lot of professional factories who can provide high quality leather wallet , leather handbag , leather belt , leather office item , leather accessories etc.
Definitely we can provide you samples if you send us pictures and spec , or you can send us your designs with all details including materials , accesoories ,spec etc that we can make samples for you . Sample is not free that we have to pay the cost to factory who need to buy all materials and pay workers , but samples fee can be refunded if your order qty meet factory standard , like meet MOQ etc.
MOQ is depends on the products and factory requirments etc , some items MOQ maybe 50 pieces , some maybe 100 pieces even 300 pieces , and different MOQ also affect prices , the more pieces the best prices ! Regarding to MCQ ,we have to consider the materials consumption , sometimes supplier has their MCQ , or the unit prices will be higher than MCQ standard .
Normally around 7-10 days , sometimes it is a littler longer in peak season .We can check with factory to get the estimated leadtime when you have a query .
Bulk order leadtime normally is 25-40 days as per qty ordered , as well need to consider the peak season , this can be confirmed before orders placed that we can check with factory to get confirmation .
From brand or business owner point of view , quality is the first point they concerned as quality is their business foundation . To achieve this goal to rest customers heart , we have set up a set of solution :
First , we inspected and choosed the factory that has good quality control consciousness ；
Second，we have quality standard for each items and send the standard to factory for them to follow exactly;
Third , our procedure require factory to produce a piece of pre-production samples that means a sample need to produce for quality checking before we start mass production , this way can ensure everything including materials , construction , size etc everything as your approved sample ;
Fourth， we will have our QC go to factory to do inspection during inline production and final inspection .
All of those procedures can guarantee bulk order quality can follow the same as samples under our experienced quality control system that summarized from more than 10 years experiences.
